Industrial Alliance offers two no-medical simplified issue critical illness plans.
Both plans cover the following four illnesses:
Both plans are available without a medical exam to applicants aged 18 to 60. The minimum issue limit is $10,000, and the maximum issue limit is $100,000.
The plans also have a return-of-premium-on-death rider or flexible return of premiums (these riders are only available when the policy is issued).
The first plan is called Transition Term 10 and has premiums guaranteed for the first ten policy years, renewable every ten years and convertible to Transition Term 75 without a Medical until age 60. The premiums on this policy are guaranteed level to age 75, but there is a higher initial premium.
