I’m going to talk a little bit about health insurance, how to get it, and if it makes sense.
In general, health insurance will cover you if you are looking at covering things like prescription drugs, dental expenses, and those types of things. The cost can really depend on the person’s age, gender, and the amount of coverage that they need to be covered for.
You are going to want to look at certain things, like if you have a group insurance plan now, you might be covered for a lot of these types of expenses, so you will want to factor that in.
Another thing to ask is, should you buy a policy direct or should you work with a broker? Similar to life insurance, the advantage of working with a broker is that they are not tied into the one company; they can look at all the different health insurance solutions and come up with the one that is going to be best for your particular need.
