Now is the perfect time
to get a critical illness insurance
for your family

BMO Insurance recently announced a multi-life discount for all living benefits (Critical Illness, Disability, etc.) applications submitted on or after May 16, 2011.

However, applicants can only qualify for the discount if they meet the following criteria:

  • Applications must be submitted at the same time
  • Only family members and business relationships can qualify
  • Premiums must be paid from the same financial source

LSM Insurance Take:  This is great news BMO Insurance has a very complete and competitive line-up of life and living benefit policies.  They have a Term 10, Term 20, Term 30 and Term 100 policy.  Very few companies in Canada still offer Term 100 insurance.  These policies are available with Standard and Preferred for those ultra healthy people.

BMO Insurance also offers a Non Participating Fully Guaranteed Whole Life plan and a Universal Life plan with multiple Cost of Insurance options and over 400 Investment Funds.

BMO Insurance’s Critical Illness rates are among the most competitive in the industry and the Multi policy discount adds additional savings.  BMO Insurance sells it’s policies via Independent brokers and they also have a separate line-up of direct policies which includes their popular Guarantee Life Plus plan which was previously heavily marketed via AIG Life Insurance Company of Canada and Norwich Union before that.

BMO Insurance Guaranteed Life Plus plan and their direct issue Simplified Issue Easy One plan would not be eligible for the above multi-policy discount.
