Terri Botosan is President, Employee Benefits, Retirement and Life at HUB International Canada. In this capacity, she is tasked with enhancing the client experience and driving growth through product and service improvements aimed at establishing HUB as a comprehensive broker for its clients.

Throughout her time at HUB, she has played a pivotal role in increasing the revenue of HUB Financial Inc. and HUB Capital by more than sixfold. She has also led the successful acquisition of multiple companies and ensured the long-term retention of key employees in those businesses. Her current objectives include streamlining the Employee Benefits and Retirement division to enhance customer service and improve the employee experience at HUB.

She is dedicated to fostering a culture at HUB that emphasizes education and support for their Brokers and Clients, enabling them to achieve their fullest potential.
