For health care insurance, what will affect the next year’s premium? Is the premium guaranteed? For example, if I claim a lot in this year, although my health situation do not change, will my premium go up next year?

Individual Health and Dental premiums are affected by all the plan members claims and not by the insured’s individual claims.
Premiums can increase or decrease on a yearly basis but ii is based on the group claims.
