The Edge individual health and dental policies are available to insured people ages 18 to 64 and offer coverage to age 70.
The coverage is available on a single-life basis, for couples, or families.
The insured can choose a health only plan or health and dental coverage.
The dental portions of the plans are available as follow:
1) Base Plan – The insured will be covered for $750 in the first 12 months and $1,000 every 12 months thereafter
2) Deluxe Plan – The insured is covered for $1,000 in the first 12 months, $1,000 in the second 12 months and $1,200 every 12 months thereafter.
