Three Non Medical Life Insurance Solutions From Assumption Life
Assumption Life has made a big splash in the no medical life insurance market. Simplified Issue life insurance is a policy which is geared towards individuals who are not in optimal health but have a need for life insurance. These policies are issued without a medical test and with limited proof of insurability. Most no medical issue life insurance plans limit the death benefit in the first two policy years but Assumption Life’s Golden Protection and Golden Protection Plus pay out from day one.
Below is a description of the three plans with sample pricing:

I am a 53 non smoker, obese, diabetes without insulin, history of family heart disease.
What would a policy cost for $50,000 to $100,000 life insurance coverage? My wife has medical problems. Could we get a joint policy or 2 separate ones? -
Thanks Frank – the maximum issue on Golden Protection is $50,000 – Assumption does offer a multi life policy. We will send you a separate email now.

Hi Ade,
Thanks for the note – congratulations on your recent test results. You should be able to qualify for a simplified issue plan (no medical tests and 3 to 12 health questions)
We will be in touch by email. Regards,

I am confused about the statement that these solutions pay out from day one because when looking through the description under Total Protection, it says premiums will be reimbursed in first two years. Is this also true for the Golden Protection and Golden Protection Plus plans? How can I sign up for either of these plans?
Thanks for the note.
The Total Protection has a two year wait period on a non accidental death. The Golden Protection and Golden Protection Plus which have no medical tests but some additional health questions plays out from day one.
